Frozen Strawberry Yogurt and Granola Pops

Frozen Strawberry Yogurt and Granola Pops are a summertime treat that works anytime of the year! When I make these, I keep them in my freezer to have on-hand for healthy snacks or frosty desserts. Kids and adults alike enjoy their creamy deliciousness.

A bonus: they are super easy to make with a short list of common ingredients. In fact, I'm glad I have some in the freezer because just writing about them makes me want one!

Frozen Strawberry Yogurt and Granola Pops (makes 6 servings)

1-1/2 cups plain yogurt

2-3 tablespoons milk

6 tablespoons strawberry preserves

3 strawberries, sliced thin (about 4 slices each)

6 tablespoons granola (without dried fruit)

6 each: 5-ounce paper cups and popsicle sticks

In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine yogurt with milk until the yogurt is pourable. Gently stir/swirl in strawberry preserves. Do not combine well. Pour yogurt into cups to one-third full. Push 2 sliced strawberries into each cup and sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon granola on top. Top with remaining yogurt to cover granola and berries. Sprinkle with another 1/2 tablespoon granola. Push a popsicle stick into each cup. Freeze for at least 3 hours. When ready to eat, peel paper away from yogurt pop. Enjoy!
